Deputy Account Director – Contract Catering (London)

We are now recruiting for a Deputy Account Director.

  • Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
  • Location: London

Role Overview

An experienced Deputy Account Director is required to support the management of a large workplace catering contract. In collaboration with the Operations Director, this role involves:

  • Direct oversight of multiple managers
  • Ensuring excellent operational delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Support the overall management of a high-profile client contract
  • Lead and develop a team of five direct reports
  • Maintain operational excellence across the contract
  • Foster strong client relationships and align service delivery with client needs
  • Drive commercial performance, service standards, and business growth
  • Support business planning and initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health & safetyregulations, contractual obligations, and company policies
  • Collaborate closely with site management teams on operational strategies

Candidate Profile

Successful applicants must have:

  • Previous senior experience in operations or account management within contract catering
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional client relationship management ability
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on improving service and client retention
  • Proven experience in managing multiple teams or sites
