Join our team of around 2,000 passionate colleagues supporting our ever-growing customer needs.As the Deputy Billing Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Billing Manager. This specialised role focuses on billing processes rather than general administration.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Billing Manager in daily operations.Prepare, generate, and distribute customer invoices.Maintain accurate billing records and customer account information.Respond to internal and external billing queries promptly.Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoice issues.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.Prepare billing reports and perform data analysis.Conduct daily traffic checks to identify usage fluctuations.Monitor billing cycles and ensure deadlines are met.Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements.Provide general administrative support to the Billing team.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:We seek a customer-focused multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Experience in billing administration is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have:Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role (billing experience preferred).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience with billing or accounting software is a plus.A genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationHere’s a closer look at what we offer:Office-Based Working: A collaborative approach with team support, requiring you to work in one of our offices.
