Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take the next step in your educational leadership career?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Campus Principal to join OneSchool Global UK. This is a key leadership role, supporting the Campus Principal and helping to drive excellence in teaching, learning, student wellbeing, and operational effectiveness across the campus.
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the school, providing visible, professional leadership to staff and students while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. You will support school improvement initiatives, promote student achievement, and deputise for the Campus Principal when required, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the campus.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to the school's continued success while remaining closely connected to classroom practice and student outcomes.
About You
- A qualified teacher with a strong record of successful classroom practice
- Experience in a senior or middle leadership role within a secondary school setting
- Proven ability to raise standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and student welfare
- Experience using data and assessment information to drive improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, develop, and support colleagues to achieve their best
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Committed to promoting the OneSchool Global ethos and values
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Campus Principal when required, providing leadership and operational oversight of the campus
- Lead, support, and inspire teaching and support staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning, curriculum delivery, and student achievement
- Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards, safeguarding requirements, and OneSchool Global policies
- Maintain effective relationships with students, parents, staff, governors, and external agencies
- Contribute to campus self-evaluation, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Significant teaching experience with evidence of strong student outcomes
- Successful leadership experience within a school environment
- Experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing teaching staff
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory educational requirements
- Experience of analysing and using data to improve student performance
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Desirable
- Experience in an independent school environment
- NPQ qualification or equivalent leadership training
- Experience leading whole-school improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of Self-Directed Learning principles
- Experience of delivering whole-school CPD
- Experience supporting inspection preparation and compliance activities
