The Opportunity

Working alongside our Care Manager, you'll help lead one of South London's most respected home care services, ensuring every client receives safe, compassionate and outstanding care.
You'll:

  • Lead, support and inspire our team of 60 Care Professionals and Supervisors
  • Conduct care consultations, complete care plans and risk assessments
  • Carry out quality assurance visits, spot checks and annual appraisals
  • Ensure rigorous CQC compliance, audits and governance
  • Maintain audit compliant care records, medication documentation and visit logs
  • Support safeguarding, investigations and continuous quality improvement
  • Work closely with scheduling, recruitment and training to deliver outstanding client care
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide occasional ad hoc care support

About You

You'll be an experienced care leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems and delivering excellence.
You'll have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in adult social care, ideally domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and best practice
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using digital and AI-based systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Live within a 60-minute drive of our Wandsworth office
