At Alpine Formula One Team, every component matters

From front wings to floor assemblies, the quality and precision of our composite parts directly influence performance on track.

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Cell Lead

to join our Laminating Cell on the night shift on an initial 18 month fixed term contract, helping to deliver world-class composite components in one of the fastest-paced manufacturing environments in motorsport.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled laminating technician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, or for an existing team leader looking to further develop their people and production management skills within Formula One.

The Role

Working alongside the Cell Lead, you will play a key role in driving the daily output, quality and performance of the Laminating Cell. You'll act as the link between technicians and leadership, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and teamwork.

As a technical leader within the cell, you'll support and mentor technicians, coordinate workloads, resolve production challenges and help create an environment where the team can consistently deliver race-ready parts to demanding deadlines.

No two shifts are the same in Formula One. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
