About the Role
We are recruiting for a full-time Deputy Clinical Team Manager to join the South Oxfordshire CAMHS Getting More Help Team.
If you are a Registered Mental Nursing (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist (OT), you will support the Clinical Team Manager by undertaking both clinical and operational duties to ensure we continue to deliver a high-quality service.

- Interested in service development to improve outcomes for children and young people
Responsibilities
- Support the Clinical Team Manager in delivery of assessment and intervention for the GMH caseload
- Develop and manage clinical structures, manage recruitment, and implement service improvements aligned with an agreed operational model
- Deputise for the Clinical Team Manager as required
- Ensure a safe, effective, and therapeutic clinical team, providing advice and support for young people and families during waiting periods
- Contribute to service development across the wider community mental health provision, collaborating with other team leaders and managers
- Develop and implement a robust performance management system for the team in conjunction with the Clinical Team Manager
- Take line management responsibility including case supervision, appraisal, and mentoring of team colleagues
- Lead joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies, ensuring appropriate service delivery for users and carers
- Participate in a duty rota during working hours, providing urgent clinical support to young people, families, and professionals across both Getting Help and Getting More Help Teams
