Portland House | Worthing (Hybrid – minimum two on-site days per week)
£94,356 – £108,814 per annum
37.5 hours per week

The role
As Deputy Director of Culture, Leadership & Organisational Development, you'll provide strategic leadership across one of the Trust's most important priorities—creating a compassionate, inclusive and high-performing culture.

You'll:
- Lead large-scale organisational development and cultural transformation programmes
- Develop leadership capability across the Trust through evidence-based interventions
- Drive staff engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention strategies
- Lead organisational development that supports service transformation and continuous improvement
- Partner with Executive leaders, divisions and system partners to deliver meaningful organisational change
About the team
You'll join the People Directorate at an exciting time, working closely with senior leaders to shape the Trust's future workforce and culture.

What we're looking for
We're seeking an experienced organisational development leader who has:

- Master's level education (or equivalent) with MCIPD and OD/Learning & Development qualifications
- Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change and culture transformation
- Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience influencing at Board and Executive level
- A passion for creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where people can thrive
