About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and highly adaptable Deputy Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office, providing support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Managing Director.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Executive Office, supporting executive, business, and personal requirements with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. From coordinating international travel and preparing board packs to supporting events and managing day-to-day executive requests, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic and high-performing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As Deputy Executive Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Executive Office.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Produce and manage confidential executive documentation, presentations, and board packs.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
- Process expenses, invoices, and financial administration activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, hospitality, and executive functions.
- Conduct research, source suppliers, and support executive projects.
- Provide practical day-to-day support, including meeting room preparation, purchasing supplies, and handling urgent requests as needed.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the person who makes things happen.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly when plans change.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard.
- A calm, professional, and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Flexible and willing to support a wide range of executive and operational requirements.
