Deputy Facilities Manager
LOCATION: MANOR WALKS Shopping Centre SHIFT PATTERN: 5 Days out of 7, 42 hours per week Salary: Competitive ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE ABM is seeking a proactive and dedicated Deputy Facilities Manager to join our team at Manor Walks. In this role, you will support the Facilities Manager in delivering high-quality services to our client, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. You will play a key part in maintaining service excellence, meeting client expectations, and upholding ABM’s standards by consistently following company policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the contract in line with ABM’s policies, procedures, and client requirements. • Oversee the security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and consistently high standards of service. • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Centre Management team. • Monitor performance to ensure all teams exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Support the delivery of training, health & safety, development, and colleague welfare initiatives. • Lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive working environment. • Undertake any additional duties as required to meet evolving client needs.
