JOB DESCRIPTION

Have you got casino management experience? Are you passionate about supporting and motivating your team?

A vacancy has arisen for a deputy general manager to join our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivating mentor with a proven track record of success in building and driving a strong team in a casino environment. You will ensure the smooth running of the casino and your colleagues ensuring they deliver high-level customer service.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and develop colleagues.
  • A proven track record of improved business performance through team-building and excellent mentoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve exceptional business results.
  • High levels of commercial awareness.
  • The ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a current PML.
  • Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
