JOB DESCRIPTION
Have you got casino management experience? Are you passionate about supporting and motivating your team?
A vacancy has arisen for a deputy general manager to join our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivating mentor with a proven track record of success in building and driving a strong team in a casino environment. You will ensure the smooth running of the casino and your colleagues ensuring they deliver high-level customer service.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and develop colleagues.
- A proven track record of improved business performance through team-building and excellent mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve exceptional business results.
- High levels of commercial awareness.
- The ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a current PML.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
