About the Role
As a Deputy General Manager at our Leeds Gym, you’ll bring management skills in everything, from driving sales to rolling out new business initiatives. You’re commercially smart, with a high degree of financial awareness and data literacy. Plus, you’re able to lead, challenge, and develop a team with a customer service focus.
As a Deputy General Manager, you will:
- Inspire your team with your passion for exceptional customer service
- Harness your business knowledge to create and champion great customer experiences
- Bring the creative, innovative ideas that maximize our membership sales and retention
- Help drive important revenue-generating services, such as food and beverages
- Contribute to our club’s commercial success
