Deputy General Manager - Catering

Deputy Manager

Location: London, Canary Wharf

Salary: Up to £35,000 (Compensation: up to GBP 35,000 - yearly)

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar hospitality operation
  • Currently in role as Deputy General Manager (progression opportunity) or General Manager in a smaller location (seeking new challenge)
  • Contagious passion for food and customer service
  • Enjoy managing, training, and mentoring others
  • Financially astute with:
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Budgeting knowledge
    • Commercial insight
  • Expertise in delegation & influencing
  • Thrives on prioritising projects in:
    • Fast-paced environments
    • Creative, high-pressure settings
  • Exceptional organisational abilities
