Deputy General Manager - Catering
Deputy Manager
Location: London, Canary Wharf
Salary: Up to £35,000 (Compensation: up to GBP 35,000 - yearly)

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a similar hospitality operation
- Currently in role as Deputy General Manager (progression opportunity) or General Manager in a smaller location (seeking new challenge)
- Contagious passion for food and customer service
- Enjoy managing, training, and mentoring others
- Financially astute with:
- Strong analytical skills
- Budgeting knowledge
- Commercial insight
- Expertise in delegation & influencing
- Thrives on prioritising projects in:
- Fast-paced environments
- Creative, high-pressure settings
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Concise verbal & written communication
