What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences

What We’re Looking For
You’ll need experience in leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as:
- Restaurant or hospitality leadership
- A highly personable approach with skills to inspire & motivate others
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier service
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisation & prioritisation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset—perfect for high-pressure environments
- Ability to stay calm & focused when things are chaotic
- Flexibility with availability, including weekends, late nights, and bank holidays
