Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, a Deputy General Manager ensures store success across all operations, balancing leadership, performance, and culture.

Your key duties include:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing the store team aligned with TGI Fridays values
  • Overseeing store performance & operations, including:
    • People management
    • Guest experience
    • Sales & financial targets
    • Cost controls
    • Health & safety compliance
    • Property upkeep
  • Driving adherence to TGI Fridays standards
  • Creating a workplace where teams and guests feel valued and celebrated
  • Leading by example and embodying our brand culture
  • Developing into the next generation of Deputy General Managers

Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for: ✔ Solid experience in a similar leadership position, with a track record of driving success and leading teams ✔ Confidence in delivering a guest-obsessed culture (we witness your passion!) ✔ Proven hospitality & restaurant experience ✔ Strong ability to inspire performance and lead teams confidently ✔ Mastery of financial control – including audits, budgeting, labour forecasting, and financial reporting ✔ Commercial acumen to grow sales and drive business results ✔ Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments ✔ Exceptional communication abilities to impactielly engage teams and delight guests
