Deputy Head of School of Health and Care Sciences
The University of Lincoln is seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of School with proven higher education academic leadership experience to help shape the future of the School of Health and Care Sciences and support the University’s ambition to become a top 40 UK university.
About the Role
Working with the School Leadership Team, the post holder will help deliver the School’s vision and strategy, supporting growth, innovation, quality enhancement, professional accreditation, regulatory compliance, and sector-leading provision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong engagement with health and care partners
- Clear understanding of regional and national healthcare priorities and workforce agendas
- Providing strategic oversight across areas such as quality assurance, teaching and learning, interprofessional education, and wider cross-School initiatives
