Deputy Head Vet

We're looking for a Deputy Head Vet with 3+ years' UK GP experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care whilst supporting and developing those around them. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Vet ready to take the next step into leadership or someone already in a leadership role looking for a fresh challenge.

You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding preventative healthcare, diagnosing and treating sick and injured pets, while supporting the Head Vet in driving clinical excellence, mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future of the surgery. You'll be an excellent communicator, enjoy coaching others and thrive as part of a collaborative, supportive team. The role ideally would be 4 set days a week, and include a 1 in 4 weekend rotation. We understand the need for flexibility so would be happy to discuss other options.
