Leadership Scale L11 – L15 | Permanent | Full Time Deputy Headteacher at Fordbridge Community Primary School
About the Role
Fordbridge Community Primary School is seeking an exceptional, non-class-based Deputy Headteacher to join our ambitious senior leadership team.
Working closely with the Headteacher, you will:
- Shape the strategic direction of the school
- Drive high-quality teaching and learning
- Ensure best outcomes for all pupils
- Lead on assessment, English, and CPD
- Develop staff through coaching and professional development
- Uphold highest standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
Requirements
You will need to:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful senior leadership and raising achievement
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations
- Have excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Be strategic, forward-thinking, and able to lead change effectively
- Build strong relationships with staff, families, and the wider Trust
- Be committed to inclusive education and pupil success
- Show ambition and commitment to future professional development
