The Crestwood School are recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead on Quality of Education.

At The Crestwood School we are driven by our values of Respect, Resilience and Relationships, and we are looking for a dynamic, determined and forward-thinking Deputy Headteacher who can model these values and play a pivotal role in the future development of our school.

This is a key position within the school and will suit a professional who has a deep knowledge of curriculum development, coupled with a clear vision and a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example, and will possess a significant background of strong leadership within a school at senior level. The successful candidate will be deeply ambitious for students and staff, with the ability to provide strategic direction which improves student outcomes.

The Deputy Headteacher will assist the Headteacher in the strategic and operational management, development and leadership of the school, and ensure the achievement of our vision, ethos, aims and objectives within the context of Invictus Trust’s strategic and development plans.

You should have high expectations of students, and self, displaying energy and enthusiasm in and out of the classroom and contribute to the school’s overall success.
