Are you a HR Manager, HR Leader, HR Director with MAT experience seeking a new role? Perhaps you are restricted to a school office and would now like the flexibility of a hybrid role? Are you confident with digital systems and website management? Do you have substantial HR experience at senior level and have handled complex casework?
The Trust
Founded in the last ten years, this trust of SEND schools includes a variety of SEND schools, both pre-dating the trust and brand-new ones they have opened. The trust caters for students with social emotional and mental health needs and associated autism and behavioural needs. At present, they have a few schools in the building and development stage, but once all schools are open, they will have a substantial number of pupils in their education, some of whom will also be residential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
