Are you an experienced Senior Carer or Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career?

At Care Sante, we're passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care that enables people to remain safe, independent, and happy in their own homes. We're looking for a compassionate, organised, and motivated Deputy Manager to support our growing team and help us continue providing exceptional care within the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive management team where your ideas, leadership, and commitment to quality care will make a real difference every day.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service. You'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while supporting both our clients and care team.

This is a varied and rewarding position combining leadership, quality assurance, staff development, client support, and operational management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and promote continuous service improvement.
  • Produce and manage weekly staff rotas when required.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
  • Respond professionally to telephone enquiries from clients and staff.
  • Support person-centred care planning and ensure care is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Maintain accurate client and staff records.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Support inductions, shadow shifts, and the Care Certificate programme.
  • Carry out supervisions, competency assessments, observations, and mentoring.
  • Conduct client assessments and support business growth.
  • Complete quality assurance audits and contribute to service improvements.
  • Participate in the management on-call rota.
  • Provide hands-on care when required.
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to developing the service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
