Salary: £40,144.00 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role
As a Deputy Manager at Breme Residential Care Home, you will:
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life
- Help shape a kind, positive, and supportive culture across the care home

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to uphold excellence in care standards
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a supportive work environment
- Ensure residents’ holistic well-being by promoting engagement in social and recreational activities
- Maintain strong communications with residents, families, and external stakeholders -Drive continuous improvement in service quality through teamwork and innovation
Requirements
This role is ideal for those with:
- Clinical experience in a nursing setting
- A supportive leadership style that inspires and empowers others
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, warm approachability, and the ability to build strong relationships
- Confidence working as part of a dynamic team in a busy care environment
- A full UK driving license, with access to a vehicle desirable
