Deputy Manager - Speaker

About the Role

Stonegate Group is the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues. We are seeking a driven Deputy Manager to inspire, support, and grow a motivated team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences at Speaker.

Responsibilities

At this level, your role will help us deliver by:

  • Providing clear, inspiring guidance to help the team grow and succeed.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to create and execute our vision.
  • Ensuring consistency in standards, procedures, and service quality.
  • Fostering a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where guests feel valued.
