Role: Deputy Area Manager - Mulhern Close, Omagh
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs: 8am-4pm and Fri 8am-3pm
Contract: Permanent

🌟 About the Role
You will:
- Develop current Services in line with appropriate Government, local and regional, strategies, to identify new opportunities for growth and to secure commissioning arrangements for these services. Within that context, he/she will be expected to work closely with the Area Manager and on their own initiative.
- Facilitate the liaison with professionals and middle management within Health and Social Care Trusts, and other relevant agencies.
- Be responsible for the promotion and development of good relationships with the people who use our services, their friends and relatives, and between the people who use our services and staff.
- Build trust and lead by role modelling the values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism and expects them from others.
- Promote a positive working atmosphere by supporting a culture of empowerment, transparency, and development.
- Contribute to the conditions for high levels of staff wellbeing by providing ideas, leadership, and encouragement.
- Support the development of Inspire’s staff wellbeing strategy by suggesting wellbeing initiatives and ideas.
