About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving the success of the store. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop your team, and help deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales and profit targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and support action plans to drive store performance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a hands-on management style.
