🎯 Purpose of the Role
As Store Team Lead, you’ll be an influential support to the Store Manager, driving store performance through customer-centric leadership. You must:
- Lead all operational and people aspects to create a high-performing team
- Embed Moss’s brand as a player in customer service and operational expertise
- Leverage retail management expertise, blending people skills with operational excellence for commercial growth
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🏆 Customer Experience & Sales Leadership
- Champion an exceptional in-store experience, placing the customer at the center of everything.
- Actively inviting, listening and providing confident, bespoke advice.
- Representing the Moss Service Essentials to the staff team.
- Interacting professionally and passionately to elevate sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve 1 transaction per customer per hour— PDO for high productivity.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, relations, and absence management, working alongside the PeopleTeam.
- Drive the recruitment of Sales Associates and collaborate on hiring Team Leaders.
🚀 Seasonal Leadership & Stock Management
- Oversee seasonal cycles to align with market demands, ensuring operational responsiveness.
- Manage deliveries and stock handling efficiently, adhering to stock control procedures to minimize loss and discrepancies.
🛍️ Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the highest standards in brand-aligned visual displays, focusing on sartorial and commercial appeal to drive customer experiences.
