We're recruiting for a well-established retailer that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a business where people, standards, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.


About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You’ll have the autonomy to influence:

  • Store standards
  • Merchandising
  • Overall presentation
  • Commercial targets

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting all operational aspects of the business
  • Driving sales performance
  • Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Previous management experience within customer-focused retail
  • A proven ability to:
    • Lead, coach, and develop large teams
  • Experience preferred in:
    • Multi-product or fast-paced retail settings
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales and performance
  • High standards of store presentation and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
