The Brewers Inn is a sixteen-room, boutique hotel that strives to provide premium quality service, drink and food. We are looking for a Deputy Manager who doesn’t just want to manage shifts and tick boxes. We want someone with energy, personality, ideas, and ambition. Requirements
- Experience in a busy hospitality environment, ideally in a management role
- A genuine passion for delivering brilliant guest experiences
- Natural leadership and the ability to inspire a team
- A proactive mindset—you spot opportunities and take action
- A love for hospitality and a real desire to grow your career
- Energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Play a huge role in the day-to-day running of the pub
- Support the management team
- Lead from the front
- Help create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
- Develop our team—giving them the confidence, knowledge, and support they need to deliver memorable experiences every day
- Challenge ideas, bring new ones, and help influence the future direction of the business—from guest experience and team culture to sports events, rooms, and food

We are a much-loved historic pub with 14 boutique rooms, a growing reputation as a go-to sports destination, and a food offering that’s evolving into something genuinely exciting. Right now, we’re in a major growth phase.
