About The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in both day-to-day care and operational leadership.

You Will

  • Support the Registered Manager in audits, rotas, training, and team development
  • Lead shifts and oversee delivery of care in line with trauma-informed approaches
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
  • Mentor support workers and role model therapeutic interactions
  • Contribute to building a warm, structured, and emotionally secure environment for the young person
