About The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in both day-to-day care and operational leadership.
You Will
- Support the Registered Manager in audits, rotas, training, and team development
- Lead shifts and oversee delivery of care in line with trauma-informed approaches
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
- Mentor support workers and role model therapeutic interactions
- Contribute to building a warm, structured, and emotionally secure environment for the young person

About the Company
Care & Support Services is opening a new solo placement children’s home in Burton-on-Trent. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment where young people can thrive. Our Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to build and support a resilient care team from day one.
