To assist the Registered Manager in delivering an efficient, effective, and professional service aligned with North Star Children’s Homes’ values, policies, and procedures.
To foster and uphold a child-centred, inclusive culture, ensuring full compliance with:
- Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015

Operational Management
- Support the day-to-day running of the home
- Advocate for and ensure the well-being, safety, and developmental progress of all children residing in the home

Staff Supervision & Care Quality
- Oversee and support staff to deliver high-standard, trauma-informed care
- Align all care practices with individual care plans

Safeguarding & Compliance
- Strengthen safeguarding protocols and ensure robust processes for protecting children are consistently upheld

Service Development & Partnerships
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to:
- Maintain 100% occupancy
- Cultivate strong relationships with:
- Commissioners
- Families
- Regulatory bodies (e.g., Ofsted)
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to:
