About the Role
Deputy Manager positions are integral to our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) team in Tewkesbury. In partnership with the Registered Manager, you’ll lead a welcoming, aligned team that fosters independence and dignity for those we support.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage a care team to deliver person-centred support for individuals living with ABI.
- Service Delivery:
- Develop care plans and needs assessments
- Recruit, inductor and supervise colleagues
- Conduct appraisals, supervisions, and medication competencies/audits
- Communication & Reporting:
- Represent the team at multi-disciplinary meetings
- Submit detailed progress reports on support outcomes
- Operational Support: Assist the Registered Manager with service overview and day-to-day management
- On-Call Commitment: Availability for emergency coverage (frequency may fluctuate based on needs).

Requirements
Essential:
- Previous supervisory or team-lead role within health or social care.
- A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
Preferred:
- Professional experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury.
