Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential (EBD)

📍 Locations Coventry (CV11) | Leicester (LE6) or LE67

💰 Salary £16.50 per hour + £21/hr Over Time + £45 sleep-in allowance (basic salary: £31,680.00 anually)

Key Tasks

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Lead shifts and supervise staff effectively
  • Deliver high-quality, safeguarding-led care
  • Ensure Ofsted and regulatory compliance

Ideal Candidate

  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
  • Experience supporting young people with EBD or in residential care settings
  • Shift-leading or leadership experience within childcare or residential environments
