Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential (EBD)
📍 Locations Coventry (CV11) | Leicester (LE6) or LE67
💰 Salary £16.50 per hour + £21/hr Over Time + £45 sleep-in allowance (basic salary: £31,680.00 anually)

Key Tasks
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead shifts and supervise staff effectively
- Deliver high-quality, safeguarding-led care
- Ensure Ofsted and regulatory compliance
Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
- Experience supporting young people with EBD or in residential care settings
- Shift-leading or leadership experience within childcare or residential environments
