Step into a high-profile fashion retailer based in the amazing city of Bristol! We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a fast paced, high volume retail environment where service, energy, and strong leadership are key to success.
This opportunity is ideal for a retailer who thrives in busy settings, leads confidently on the shop floor, and knows how to motivate a team to deliver consistently high standards, even during peak trading periods. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting daily operations, and creating an engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

You will come from a fast paced, high volume retail background and be comfortable managing busy environments while remaining calm, organised, and professional. You understand how to balance operational excellence with great service and strong people leadership.
