Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, people-focused Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of one of our venues and help shape the next generation of hospitality talent.

The Works

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with the General Manager to lead the team, delight guests, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll support everything from high-energy service to training and development, helping create a venue that both customers and colleagues love.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support the General Manager in the smooth, profitable running of the venue
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Motivate and coach the team to reach their full potential
  • Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety, and compliance
  • Handle tricky situations and complaints with calm, guest-first confidence
  • Bring our Buzzworks Core Values to life, on every shift
