  • Salary: up to ÂŁ55,000 + Ofsted registration bonus

About the Role

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager position?

We are recruiting on behalf of a supportive and ambitious provider launching a new 3-bed Children’s EBD home in Birmingham. This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning and play a key role in establishing a safe, nurturing, and compliant service for children and young people.

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the setup, registration, and ongoing development of the home
  • Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance at all times
  • Work closely with an experienced Responsible Individual with a strong track record in children’s residential services

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from:

✅ Experienced Deputy Managers ready for the next step ✅ Professionals with at least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care ✅ Candidates with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance ✅ Professionals who have experience supporting inspections, safeguarding, and quality assurance ✅ Those holding (or working towards) a Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification
