Job Title: Deputy Manager

Salary: £46,064 to £52,852 OTE (including bonuses)
As a recruitment specialist working closely with one of the UK's leading providers in children's residential care, I am pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a high performing, well supported service.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in the day to day leadership of a children's home, supporting both the team and the young people within it. You will work alongside a strong Registered Manager, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and operational excellence are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with the daily running of the home
- Lead and develop a team of residential staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment
- Contribute to care planning and positive outcomes for young people
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare
- Previous supervisory or senior experience within a children's home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (desirable or willingness to work towards)
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- A passionate, resilient and people focused leader

Salary and Benefits

- Base salary: £42,664 to £49,452
- Attendance bonus: up to £1,400 per year
- Regional allowance: £2,000
- Welcome bonus: £1,000
