About the Role
We are seeking a driven Deputy Manager to inspire and uplift their team at Amber Rose, a vibrant venue in Edinburgh’s city centre. If you thrive in motivating teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, this opportunity could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Providing clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help your team grow professionally
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and deliver our shared vision
- Ensuring consistency in standards, procedures, and service quality
- Cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making guests feel valued
