The Role
As our Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with our Nursery Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team, drive outstanding practice, and ensure every child receives the highest quality care and education. Your leadership will help shape the future of our setting.

What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Experience in a leadership or senior role within an early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Someone who leads with heart, ambition, and professionalism
