This is a well-regarded nursery with a team of 14 dedicated staff, providing high-quality care for children aged 9 months to 5 years.
Your Role as Deputy Nursery Manager
Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 14 practitioners
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Oversee staff supervisions, mentoring and development
- Build strong, professional partnerships with parents
- Step up as Manager in their absence

What We're Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursery role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Confident leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding early years education
