We’re seeking a visionary, driven leader to join our experienced Deputy Operations Director in a job share, leading one of our largest directorates—Neurosciences—alongside supporting our central business, data and analyst teams.
This role reports directly to the Operations Director and provides critical leadership, including deputising for them as needed. You will be at the forefront of service delivery, driving transformational performance improvements while collaborating with Clinical Directors and a high-performing clinical team to shape the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Neurosciences Directorate, ensuring high-quality, patient-led care is delivered efficiently.
- Provide strategic support to central business, data, and analytics teams in alignment with Trust priorities.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure service continuity and drive operational excellence.
- Deputise for the Operations Director when required.
- Drive performance improvements through collaborative working with Clinical Directors and clinical staff.
- Support the overall vision and direction of the Trust’s care programs.
- Be accountable for their area of responsibility, in line with agreed remits and Trust priorities.
