Overview of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RHS Shows Department at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) which organises large-scale gardening events around the country, including RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Touring Flower Shows. We are recruiting for a Deputy Operations Manager to support on the build and operational management of an RHS Flower show.
The chosen candidates will jump straight into this exciting and key role which sits within the core project team, running the operations and build of one of our key outdoor shows.
We are looking for self-motivated and professional Deputy Operations Manager with experience in Operations/Production on large scale outdoor events (other relevant experience will be considered). Experience of managing complex builds, having exemplary Health & Safety knowledge and managing a range of 3rd party contractors is a must.
