We are now seeking a new Deputy Principal – Quality and Performance. You will play a visible role in the college, reporting directly to the Principal and CEO. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a designated Senior Post Holder and will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of the college. As the College Quality Nominee, you will hold overarching responsibility for the quality, effectiveness, and performance of the institution, ensuring excellence is embedded across all areas of provision and delivering outstanding outcomes for learners.
You will be an inspirational and influential leader, combining strategic vision with a relentless focus on quality and performance. You will possess the credibility, expertise, and ambition to drive innovation, foster excellence, and ensure the college continues to strengthen its reputation as a high-performing and learner-centred institution.
