Your Impact

The Opportunity
Deputy Project Performance Manager
You will operate with minimal supervision, with primary responsibilities including:
- Ownership of work packages to ensure on-time delivery in line with project governance and assurance
- Coordination of teams, effortfully managing workloads and blockage resolutions
- Reporting on performance and escalating issues to workstream managers
- Facilitating critical workshops, driving problem-solving and decision-making on complex tasks
- Building stakeholder relationships to sustain seamless communication with project partners and clients

Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, the following skills and experiences are essential:
Technical Skills and Tools
- Lean methodologies (e.g. Collaborative Planning, Visual Management, Last Planner System)
- Hands-on exposure to civil infrastructure or construction project environments with multi-stakeholder and multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity with client engagement and expert relationship management
- Adroit presentation and communication skills
- Experience with:
- Task management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, MS Planner)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Query, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
