Your role

Support the smooth running of housing services, ensuring compliance and safety Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, volunteers, and the local community Assist with tenancy management and help residents understand their rights and responsibilities Support the Retirement Communities Manager with managing and marketing voids Promote social activities and encourage use of communal spaces Maintain accurate records and systems for effective service delivery

Your skills

Passion for creating welcoming communities for older people Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers Experience in housing or a similar customer-focused environment Confident using IT systems
