- Salary: £38,000 – £46,000 per annum

When the Store Manager is absent, you’ll take ownership, leading by example to support your colleagues and drive the store forward.

What You’ll Do
- Set a spectacular example for your team and customers
- Independently manage the store when the Store Manager is unavailable
- Motivate and support your team, aligning with Company Values
- Check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area, and monitor KPIs diligently
- Be the friendly face for every customer, providing excellent service and resolving queries
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
What You’ll Need
- Experience in leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills to mentor colleagues and engage with customers warmth and clarity
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
- The confidence to support your team through every shift
- A pride in delivering world-class customer service to every shopper
- The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
