Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Millbrook store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays will be essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance, and store standards
- Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day
- Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver their best
- Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
