Key Responsibilities

  • Set a fantastic example as a role model for the team and customers
  • Independently manage the store while the Store Manager is absent
  • Lead and develop your team, embodying Lidl’s Company Values
  • Oversee operations including delivery checks, till management, and KPI monitoring
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with queries and inquiries
  • Comply diligently with all Health & Safety laws, standards, and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience—managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills to inspire, train, and support colleagues and customers
  • Tefect management, delegation and problem-solving—balancing efficiency with practical decision-making
  • Confidence to step up and support your team through every shift, fostering a positive culture
  • Pride in excellence—driving world-class service for every customer
  • Monitoring and improving KPIs, demonstrating data-driven leadership
