Key Responsibilities
- Lead with excellence – Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers, embodying a customer-first ethos.
- Operational ownership – Independently manage the store in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Team motivation – Drive engagement and development aligned with Company Values.
- Logistics & compliance
- Carefully check and process deliveries.
- Oversee cash and till operations.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer experience
- Be a friendly, accessible face for all customers.
- Handle queries with exceptional service.
- Safety & compliance – Ensure full adherence to Health & Safety laws, standards, and guidelines at all times.
Requirements & Skills
You’ll bring:
- Proven leadership – Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Clear communication – The ability to engage collegues and customers with warmth and transparency.
- Time management & delegation – Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
