Summary

£38,000 – £46,000 per annum

  • 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata)

About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll:

  • Set an outstanding example for the team and customers
  • Guide the store independently in the absence of senior leadership

  • Oversee deliveries, manage front-of-store operations and monitor KPIs
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire the Store Team, demonstrating integrity and expertise
  • Manage the store single-handedly on absent days—duty begins and ends with you
  • Foster a high-performance culture by motivating your team
  • Safely handle deliveries, cash operations, and stock checks
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service—every customer should feel valued
  • Comply with all Health and Safety protocols rigorously
  • Optimise store performance through KPI monitoring and improvements
