£38,000 – £46,000 per annum

About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll:
- Set an outstanding example for the team and customers
- Guide the store independently in the absence of senior leadership
- Empower your team, aligning with Lidl’s core values
- Oversee deliveries, manage front-of-store operations and monitor KPIs
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at every interaction

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the Store Team, demonstrating integrity and expertise
- Manage the store single-handedly on absent days—duty begins and ends with you
- Foster a high-performance culture by motivating your team
- Safely handle deliveries, cash operations, and stock checks
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service—every customer should feel valued
- Comply with all Health and Safety protocols rigorously
- Optimise store performance through KPI monitoring and improvements
