As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll thrive in a cool, calm, and collected way, bridging the shop floor with behind-the-scenes operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cash processes and stock integrity
- Inspiring and developing your team
- Taking over as key decision-maker in the Store Manager’s absence
- Leading operations to ensure a high-performing, supportive environment

What You’ll Do
- Set a benchmark for service excellence, both for your team and customers
- Manage the store independently when the Store Manager is unavailable
- Empower your team through collaboration, upholding Lidl’s Company Values
- Diligently oversee deliveries, till operations, and KPIs
- Build lasting customer relationships with exceptional service and problem-solving
- Uphold Health & Safety standards, ensuring a high-performance workspace
