What You’ll Do

  • Set a benchmark for service excellence, both for your team and customers
  • Manage the store independently when the Store Manager is unavailable
  • Empower your team through collaboration, upholding Lidl’s Company Values
  • Diligently oversee deliveries, till operations, and KPIs
  • Build lasting customer relationships with exceptional service and problem-solving
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards, ensuring a high-performance workspace
