Deputy Store Manager, Fashion Home & Beauty - Birmingham Areas
What you’ll do
• Lead the daily operation across Fashion, Home & Beauty, ensuring exceptional service,
strong commercial delivery and standout visual presentation.
• Support the Store Manager to deliver the retail plan and drive performance across sales,
profit, standards and people.
• Step up to run the full store, keeping energy and focus high.
• Coach and develop Team Managers and colleagues to inspire customers, deliver new
collections and sell with confidence.
• Bring data and insight to life to identify opportunities and make quick, confident
commercial decisions.
• Champion digital adoption and omnichannel retailing, helping teams connect online
and in-store experiences for the customer.
• Set and maintain high standards in service, styling and presentation, always reflecting
the modern M&S brand.
• Build a diverse, motivated team that thrives on collaboration, pace and progress.
Who you are
• Experienced in leading large teams in a retail or visual-led environment.
• Passionate about style, product and creating great customer experiences.
• Commercially sharp, operationally strong and confident making fast decisions.
• A hands-on leader who brings energy, clarity and accountability to every shift.
